How fees work

This section explains how to set up location fees.

1 Go to Locations → Fees and click Edit. The fee settings will become available.

2 To activate fees, switch the Enable toggle on. When enabled, the toggle will turn green.

3In the section below, select only the fees that apply to your location. Leave a fee unchecked if it does not apply.

For each applicable fee, complete the relevant fields:

Min Credits – The amount of credits reserved from the client’s e-wallet at the start of a charging session.
Session Fee – A fixed fee charged at the start of a session.
kWh Fee – The fee charged for each kWh consumed.
Idle Fee – The fee charged when the vehicle remains connected after charging.
Idle Time – The period after which the idle fee applies.
Grace Time – The free period before the idle fee starts.

4Once you have configured your fees, click Save. The Payment & Wallet Agreement will open.

Review the agreement, which explains how charging revenue is recorded in your Kharga Wallet, how payments are settled by Kharga, and your responsibility for any applicable taxes.

4To continue, check: “I have read and agree to the Payment & Wallet Terms and Conditions.” The fee configuration can only be completed after accepting the agreement.
