If you’ve forgotten your password, you can securely reset it by following the steps below.

1 From the Dashboard, locate Account in the left-side navigation menu.

2 Open the Account tab.

3 Click Change Account / Password.

4A drawer will appear on the right side of the screen.

5 Scroll to the bottom of the drawer and click Remove Account.

After selecting Remove Account, a confirmation pop-up will appear.

Click Yes to permanently remove your account.
Click Cancel if you do not wish to proceed. You will be returned to the previous screen without making any changes.
