Start Charging

To begin charging, follow these steps:

Start Charging

  • Click on the wheel icon in the top right corner of the widget. This will open a window on the right side of the page. *Note: If a charger is marked as “Disconnected”, it will be displayed as shown in the image below. In this status, no actions can be performed on the charger until it is reconnected.
  • A new window will appear on the right.
  • Make sure your car is correctly connected to the charger you selected on the platform.
    • If the car is not connected, the window will display inactive buttons.
  • Once the car is properly connected, the “Start Charging” button will become active, allowing you to begin charging.
  • Then, fill in the details for charging if needed, such as the energy and power you want to use for this session and a description. These fields are optional.
    • Description – Add any relevant notes or details about this session for future reference.
    • Session Power – Specify the maximum power (in kW) to be used during charging.
    • Session Energy – Enter the total amount of energy (in kWh) you want to use for this session.
  • Click the “Start Charging” button to initiate the session. 
  • Once started, the system will monitor your session, and you can track the charging progress in real time. 

When you press ‘Start Charging,’ the system will begin delivering power to your vehicle. Ensure your vehicle is properly connected. You can stop charging at any time using the “Stop charging” button below.

If disabled (gray-out) check that your car is connected and your charger is allowed to start.

Session Power & Session Energy

Session Power

Session power indicates the rate at which energy is delivered to your vehicle during charging, measured in kilowatts (kW). Enter numeric characters to log this data for future reference and tracking. There’s no need to include “kW”— simply input the numeric value, and it will be recorded accurately. Completion of this row is optional; you can leave it blank if you prefer.

Session Energy

Session energy represents the total amount of energy consumed during your charging session, measured in kilowatt-hours (kWh). Enter numeric characters to log this data for future reference and tracking. There’s no need to include “kWh”— just input the numeric value, and it will be recorded accurately. Completion of this row is optional; you can leave it blank if you prefer.

How to Reset Session

Reset Session

The Reset button allows you to restart the charger or clear any errors. Pressing this button will:

  • Restart the charger to refresh its status.
  • Reset charging state.
  • Fix minor issues that may be preventing proper operation.
  • Important! Before pressing Reset, ensure that the charger is not connected to a vehicle.

Use this option if you encounter any issues or need to reset the charger before starting a new session.

How to Stop Charging

Stop Charging

When you press ‘Stop Charging,’ the charging session will end, and power delivery to your vehicle will be halted immediately.
