Change the location status
This section explains how to update the operational status of a location. Changing the location status helps control charger availability and reflects the current state of the site.
1 From the Dashboard, locate Locations in the left-side navigation menu.
2 Select the location you want to update.
3 Click the Edit button to open the location in edit mode.
4 Select one of the statuses.
5 After selecting the desired status, click Save to apply the change.
In edit mode, the status options are displayed on the right side of the page. You can select one of the following statuses:
The location and its chargers are fully operational.
The location is temporarily unavailable.
The location is under maintenance and chargers may not be accessible.
The location is suspended and charging is disabled.
